There are totally 27 dyeing machines at present, the principle is using high temperature and high pressure to dye yarn, they have high efficiency. And some of the small dyeing machine could be used to do sample testing, to proof the colour accuracy for bulk production.

There are several high-temperature-high-pressure overflow dyeing machines at present, which can be used for large-scale production.

Precision cone winder

This machine is used for slack winding, suitable for slack winding all kinds of yarn, can achieve the conformity of the inside and outside tension， fixed weight and length.

Sectional warper

Company is equipped with advanced sectional warping machine 4 sets, imported the advanced electronic tension control system from the United States, and is equipped with a loft warping machine, suitable for the production of various kinds of high-grade fabric warping.

Chenille Spinner

The villis of chenille yarn are soft and plump, it has soft hand feeling, fabrics weaved by chenille are thick and light, it is widely used in home textile decorative fabric.

Staple twister

Double twist machine can twist single or multiple ply yarn into strands and coil directly into cone or cylindrical bobbin, it is suitable for the processing of cotton, wool, silk, hemp, chemical fibre etc. This machine has a large volume, which can control the stable production quality and easy to use.

Inspecting and perching machine

This machine can be used to inspect and batch all kinds of fabrics. The advantage is that the fabric does not wrinkle when take-up.

Picanol jacquard loom

This machine is used for weaving jacquard fabrics. It is equipped with imported Staubli electronic jacquard machine, it has less moving parts and light link up, it could run fast and smoothly, provides extremely broad space for textile design and weaving.

Dobby air-jet loom

This loom could realize high speed running to reach high productivity. It is easy and safe operation, and has the advantages of wide variety adaptability, low consumption of materials and high efficiency.

Coating stenter

Coating stenter can adapt to any fabric coating and tenter setting. It is suitable for cotton, wool, knitting, chemical fibre fabrics and industrial textiles.

Softening machine

The softening machine imported from Italy is suitable for soften all kinds of decorative fabrics, it can help the fabric surface to provide soft and plump hand feeling.

Tufting machine 

The tufting machine which imported from Austria is suitable for the tufting of all kind fabrics, thus improving the fabric tearing resistance and seam slippage.

Automatic foam coating machine

The American-made automatic foaming coating machine with the functional of foam evenly and accurately, amount of spread accurately, evenly and efficiently. It is suitable for all kinds of high-grade products of coating processing.
