Jiangsu Tianyuan New Material Co.,Ltd. was established in 1994, and is an industrial company that can produce textile decorative fabrics professionally.

· Passed ISO 14001 certificate

· Introduced new TOYOTA air jet loom and Jacquard looms from Italy.

· Introduced PICANOL looms and set up outdoor fabric production line.

History

· Set up "Rugao Eagle Decoration -- Dyeing" branch, thus ensuring the dyeing quality of Eagle Decorative fabrics.

· Set up Chenille workshop, and the new office building of company opened on October.

· Introduced beaming tension control system from the USA

· Expant the sewage treatment workshop and weaving workshop.

· Constructed infrastructure: New canteen, dornitory building, bathroom and so on, increased employees' welfare.

· Developed work for disabled people, awarded the recognition of Nantong social welfare enterprise qualification.

· Set up "CN-US cooperation in high-grade fabric after-finish project" with CULP-USA and put into operation.

· Introduced the Datacolor Autolab TF Gravimetric Lab Dispenser from the USA

· Founded the Provincial Level Engineering and Technical Research Centre of Jiangsu 

· Added 4 looms and change company name into "Rugao Eagle Decoration Co.,Ltd"

· Introduced TOYOTA air jet loom from Japan and set up new production line for car interior new material

· Introduced PICANOL's STAUBLI rapier jacquard looms.

· Introduced a new Warping machine

· Alter company name into Jiangsu Tianyuan New Material Co.,Ltd.

· Set up joint-stock company, acquisition of Rugao Volen Dyeing Co.,Ltd. Alter company name into Jiangsu Tianyuan New Material Co.,Ltd.

· Introduced ERP system

· Introduced sample warping machine

· Passed ISO/TS 16949 certificate

· Passed ISO 9001 certificate

· Awarded "National High-tech enterprises"

· Rugao Xinyuan Decorative fabric Co.,Ltd established, registered capital: 500,000yuan, bought 4 looms to produce OA fabrics, and registered Eagle logo.

· Volen Dyeing relocated, carried out merging and reorganization and entered international market.

· Alter company name into Nantong Tianyuan New Material Co.,Ltd.

· Changed company name into "Rugao Tianyuan Decoration Co.,Ltd" and increased to 80 looms.

· The "Eagle" brand passed ISO9001:2000 quality certificate.

· Built new workshops, moved into Rugao economic development zone and increased to 24 looms.
