Tianyuan invested over 48 million yuan and set up an after-finish workshop with over 7,000m2, such as stentering machine; soften machine; tufting machine; open-width washing machine; setting machine; coating stenter; foam coating machine. It has successively developed the after-finish technology of outdoor fabrics; OA fabrics; car seat fabrics; nanometre; anti-bacterial; deodorize; three proofing; shading coating; flame retardant coating; anti-slip etc. Therefore, Tianyuan has right to control quality from spinning to finished goods, it provides guarantee for high quality products.

ABOUT TIANYUAN

Jiangsu Tianyuan New Material Co.,Ltd. was established in 1994, and is an industrial company that can produce textile decorative fabrics professionally. It covers an area of about 150mu (100,000m2) and has more than 200 employees (including Valen Dyeing Co., Ltd), with quite a few workshops, such as weaving workshop, Valen Dyeing Co., Ltd (yarn dyeing, piece dyeing), Chenille spinning workshop, after-finish workshop, finished goods inspection workshop and so on.

Tianyuan is equipped with many advanced machines, including PICANOL’s dobby loom, GTMax (STAUBLI) jacquard loom imported from Belgium, and TOYOTA air jet loom imported from Japan. We also have a complete set of advanced after-finish equipment （tufting machine/softening machine/automatic coating machine). Besides, we own Datacolor’s automatic liquid dropping machine, spectrometer and yarn-dyed CAD design system. With all these advanced machines, hundreds of new designs are developed every year. In a word, our company has become an integrative company with a coordinated process of product development, product design, dyeing, spinning, weaving and after-finish, and can produce a wide range of decorative fabrics of more than 7 million metres yearly.

Weaving Workshop

The weaving workshop covers an area of 15,000m2 with several departments: weaving department, hard-line department, sectional warping department, preliminary inspection department, mending department and reinspection & packaging department. Our company has over 150 sets of various types of advanced dobby and jaquard loom machines which imported from Italy, Japan, Belguim, France and so on, and also equipped with high-speed sectional warper, twisting machine and so on. The width of loom varies from 190cm, 210cm, 220cm, to 360cm, which allows Tianyuan to produce various widths of fabrics. All these looms provide capacity which more than 700 million meters/year, that ensure the quality and delivery time.
